ruta?\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Agua y un quitamerienda \ud83d\ude09 debe ser nutritivo y que aporte esa carga de energ\u00eda despu\u00e9s de un gran esfuerzo, ten en cuenta que nuestros pasos van a ser constantes, los de ellos no, r\u00e1pidos, m\u00e1s lentos, m\u00e1s r\u00e1pidos \u00a0y estos cambios de ritmo son los que hacen que el coraz\u00f3n se acelere, respiremos peor y por lo tanto nos cansemos mucho antes.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> En esta ruta no importa que gasten m\u00e1s energ\u00eda, ella nos valdr\u00e1 para limar malos comportamientos a la hora de rutear. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es un ruta bien corta, f\u00e1cil, en la que ser\u00e1 dif\u00edcil el extenuarse pero en ella ver\u00e1n nada m\u00e1s empezar el camino por lo que les dar\u00e1 esa sensaci\u00f3n de \u00abva a estar chupado\u00bb, que cerca, en la ermita los juegos de retentiva ser\u00e1 muy importante por lo que daremos unas vueltas alrededor que despu\u00e9s vendr\u00e1n las preguntas.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium\" importante en toda ruta no salirse del camino por ahora porque puede haber altura y hacernos da\u00f1o, y estas pautas son para todas las rutas, debemos avisar cuando nos distanciemos y si quieren ir solos, nunca, nunca perdernos de vista, siempre dar un punto de encuentro pero esto ha de hacerse en todo momento, nos perdemos, regresamos a un punto. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" toca subida el tercer punto encontrado\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>A Fonte Santa<\/strong>, ya v\u00e9is que es un trayecto bien f\u00e1cil y sencillo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img
